Research notes
Retail price derived from the price-coded Hallmark stock number printed in the 1989 trade catalog (the leading digits are the retail price in cents; the catalog's own packaging photos show $1.95 on 195HBO-coded makeup, confirming the convention). A 1987-88 Natchitoches, La. ad mentions 'Bouncing Boo Buddies'; resale titles use 'Bouncing Boo Buddies' for Hallmark plush with tags. The link to this 1989 assortment is likely but unconfirmed.
