Year: most collector sources say 1993, which fits the pail timeline (pails in 1992, none in 1993). One search summary of a collector page said 1992, and some listings say '1993 (1992)', probably because of the copyright date on the toys; this was not verified. Kids Meal Wiki search snippets gave run dates of October 8-29, but the same dates also appeared for the 1996 set, so they are not used. No under-3 toy is documented here.
